` Schools are a microcosm of our society. Therefore, living in a multicultural society, it is found that the student population of which they are made up, consists of various cultural groups, including Roma students. This fact makes the work of teachers and by extension the school more demanding. This inhomogeneity requires special handling, in order to integrate the students into the school society, participating both in the learning process and in every effort to socialize them. For this reason, schools need to be staffed by highly qualified teachers, who are able to focus on the needs of each student individually, strengthening the feeling of 'belonging', as well as managing conflicts that may arise due to different cultures and temperament that characterizes this group of students. The above can be achieved through a spirit of friendly cooperation, and by supporting teaching with the use of information and communication technologies, the learning process can be characterized as more effective. Therefore, by combining our experiences and our knowledge as teachers from 4 different countries (Greece, Hungary, Romania, Türkiye), we envision a school with a European identity and conscience.
